Chocolate tofu cream with a pomegranate

Any kind of skillful cook can tease the senses through tasting stimuli to destruction. But if you don´t feel like profesionals in this area, don´t worry. Today´s recipe we´re offering can be made by anybody.

Whether you belong to a"nutrition acquainted" who just reads the composition, or you have to make your own experience at all costs and taste the dessert, there will be probably all reactions in the spirit of "that´s coooool“.

Ok, enough of idle talk, roll up your sleeves and get down to preparing that will take just a couple of minutes.

Preparation

We dice the organic white tofu into small pieces and put them into the mixing bowl. Then we add a half of banana, pour a full tea spoonful of psillium and a spoonful of unroasted cacao. We add coconut milk, sweeten the mixture with agave syrup, take the hand blender and make smooth chocolate cream.

We pour the cream into a glass, sprinkle the top heavily with berries of pomegranates and pieces of dark chocolate. Now it´s time to enjoy the delicate tofu cream, uniting the sweetness of banana with soft bitterness of unroasted cacao and juiciness of pomegranates berries.

Vlastnosti receptu

  1. The dessert is naturally high saccharide. To expect anothing else wouldn´t be too wise.

  3. What is beautiful is the amount of proteins. It´s always worth being happy about it, especially when they´re not added in a form of protein concentrates. They are of vegetable origin, their quality as well as digestibility are at pretty good level.

  4. The content of fats is s bit lower than proteins, in this respect we are in the text book example of the balance. What´s more, the unsaturated forms prevail and come from several sources.

  5. The content of energy is ok, as far as desserts are concerned. In this case, I´d choose this cream as a full snack.

  6. The digestibility of this desser is at a wonderful level.

  7. Consuming sweets evokes the wave of acidifying metabolic events in the body, however, we cannot expect anything dramatic in this area. When we vary the siesta time with coffee, we can naturally expect much greater shift in that direction.

  8. As for thermal characteristics, the dessert acts in a slightly cooling way.

  9. The absence of lactose is a very nice discovery today.
